xTool just announced the O1 Omni, and I think it’s more than a standard UV printer. There are three models (single-head, dual-head and UV + DT), and I go over the preorder pricing for each and how the machine can cover what used to take several tools.
I cover the main features, including Pixel Scan Vision for autofocus, rotary support for tumblers, the ink options and safety features like air filtration. I also talk about how xTool Studio fits into the laser workflow you might already have and its AI-powered contour recognition.
From there, I get into what you could make with it, from UV DTF stickers to canvas and vinyl prints. I also talk through pricing and who you might sell to, like personalized boards at around $90 to $100 for wedding or housewarming gifts.
I haven’t had my hands on one yet, so this isn’t a review. Once my unit shows up, I’ll test it properly, and I’d love to hear what you want me to try. Preorder information and affiliate links are in the video description.
