Which xTool O1 Omni Should You Buy?

I break down the single-head, dual-head and UV + DT versions of the xTool O1 Omni so you can figure out which one actually fits what you want to print.

The xTool O1 Omni comes in three versions: single-head, dual-head and a UV + DT edition. I walk through the differences so you can decide based on what matters to you, whether that’s speed, ink usage or printing on garments.

All three handle the normal UV stuff, like tumbler printing and roll-to-roll. The dual-head version is faster because it splits work like white ink layering across two heads, and the UV + DT edition adds the ability to print onto fabric.

That garment printing is the big difference, since the other two versions can’t do it. I also explain how UV DTF is different from traditional DTF, which needs heat transfer and powder. The base printer is the same across all three, and it’s the added features that set them apart.

If you want the most affordable option, go single-head. If you want faster UV printing, get the dual-head, and if you want to print garments, the UV + DT is the one. Just keep in mind that accessories like the roll-to-roll system and laminator are sold separately.
