Thanks for stopping by Created Workshop! I’m Patrick Campanale, and I run Created Workshop as a DBA of Campanale LLC in Tennessee. When I say “I,” “me,” or “Created Workshop” on this page, that’s who I mean. When I say “you,” I mean you, the person using the site or buying something from it.
I don’t know everyone who visits personally, so these terms spell out the ground rules for using the site, buying files, and using what you download. By using the site or buying from it, you’re agreeing to them. I may update these terms from time to time; when I make a significant change, I’ll update the date at the top. These terms do include a limitation of my liability.
Accounts
- You’re responsible for keeping your account and password secure. I can’t be responsible for loss or damage if someone else gets into your account because a password was shared or reused.
- You must be a human. Accounts created by bots or other automated methods aren’t allowed.
- If you abuse the site, the shop, or me (including threats or harassment), I may close your account.
Buying and downloading
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. I currently sell to customers in the United States only.
- Where required, Tennessee sales tax is added at checkout. Digital files aren’t taxed.
- Physical items ship within the United States. Shipping times, damaged packages, and returns are covered in my refund and shipping policy.
- Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal. Their own terms apply to the payment itself.
- After checkout, your files are available from your order confirmation and from your account. There’s no download limit or expiration, but please keep your own copy too.
- Free files go through the same checkout so you have a record of them and can download them again later.
- Refunds are handled under my refund and shipping policy.
Using the files you download
Each file is for the person who bought or downloaded it. Some files come with a license document inside the download that says exactly what you can do with them:
- Commercial Use License: you can use the file to make and sell physical products, like engraved, cut, or printed items. You can’t sell, share, or give away the file itself.
- Non-Commercial File License: you can use the file for your own personal projects only.
- No license included: the file is for your own personal, non-commercial use.
No matter which license applies, you may not resell, share, or redistribute the files themselves (digital or modified), upload them to file-sharing or print-on-demand services, or use them as part of a logo or trademark. If you want to do something the license doesn’t cover, just ask me.
Custom work
Custom projects are quoted individually. The price, timing, delivery or pickup, and any special terms are agreed in your quote before I start, and that quote is part of these terms for your project.
Content on the site
The designs, photos, videos, writing, and look of this site belong to me or the people who licensed them to me. You’re welcome to share links and talk about what you see here, but please don’t copy, reproduce, or resell my content without written permission.
Some links on the site are affiliate links. You can read more in my affiliate disclosure.
Your privacy
I only use your information as described in my privacy policy.
The site and the files are provided “as is”
I test my files and make the site with care, but I can’t promise that every file will work perfectly with every machine, material, or software version, or that the site will always be available and error-free. Machines like lasers, CNCs, and printers can be dangerous. You’re responsible for using your equipment safely and following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Created Workshop and Campanale LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, that come from your use of the site, the files, or anything you make with them. If I am found liable for anything, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me for the item in question.
In plain English: I work hard to make good files and give good advice, but how you use them is up to you. If something goes wrong with a purchase, email me and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
