One PNG, Four Christmas Projects

I take one Christmas camper PNG and turn it into four projects: a UV-printed ornament, a laser-engraved ornament, a printed journal cover, and a slate coaster.

I wanted to see how far one Christmas camper graphic could stretch using the machines I already have in the shop. The same artwork ends up as a UV-printed ornament, a laser-engraved ornament, a printed journal cover, and an engraved slate coaster.

For the UV ornament, I size the art and set up print-and-cut in xTool Studio. Then I trace it for laser engraving, cleaning it up so the useful detail stays, and the journal cover gets adjusted artwork with white-ink layers.

I compare how the finished pieces look across all four materials and share the print-time and ink estimates for the UV work. I also show how batching changes the ornament workflow.

The main thing I want you to take away is that a graphic you already have can go a lot further than one product. You don’t have to start the artwork over every time you switch processes or blanks.
