This Textured Phone Case Took How Long to Print on the xTool O1 Omni?!

I test a raised, textured sunflower print on a clear iPhone 17 Pro Max case and compare it to a fast flat print to see when the extra time is worth it.

I tried a one-millimeter textured sunflower print on a clear iPhone 17 Pro Max case with the xTool O1 Omni. After scanning and aligning the case, I work through the texture settings and check how the raised design wraps near the flexible edges.

The full textured version was estimated at 37 minutes 52 seconds and about 47 cents of ink. A smaller textured layout brings both down, and a flat print drops to about five and a half minutes and just a few cents of ink.

The raised print has real visual and tactile impact, but it ties up the printer much longer and brings more edge and handling concerns. For me, it fits premium one-offs, gifts, or limited runs better than an everyday high-volume listing.

I use a rough $30 marketplace price to show how the selling price alone can hide the real decision. Platform fees, shipping, packaging, labor, failed prints, taxes, overhead, and nearly 38 minutes of tied-up machine time all need to be counted before you call it profitable.
