The xTool Studio Guide Every O1 Omni Owner Needs

I walk O1 Omni owners through xTool Studio from setup to a checked, ready-to-print job, including calibration, maintenance, and the print settings.

If you own an O1 Omni, this is my tour of xTool Studio, starting with the home screen, project resources, device connection, and workspace controls. Rather than list every button, I follow the path from opening the software to having a job that’s checked and ready to print.

I spend as much time on device setup as on artwork. That includes calibration, sensor and nozzle controls, white-ink circulation, maintenance schedules, bed scanning, material presets, and the health info that helps you catch problems before they ruin a project.

On the print side, I cover quality modes, white-ink choke, layer order, spot and fluorescent colors, gloss, Smart Mask, and the difference between flat, textured, and relief printing. Cutouts and generated reliefs show how the same artwork can come out very differently.

Before I send a job, I check the preview and xTool Studio’s time and ink estimates to catch alignment, masking, and layer mistakes. It’s a lot cheaper to catch those in software than after UV ink is already on a customer’s blank.
