What You Can Expect from Our Services:

We’re well-versed in working with wood, metal blanks, slate, and acrylic, but we want to be transparent about our capabilities. While we can help with other materials, such as glass and more niche items, they are not our primary focus. Similarly, while we have experience with rotary tools, we’re still expanding our expertise in that area.

We’ve partnered with Monarch Pine to provide you with the best starting point for your settings. Working with such a trusted supplier ensures you have everything you need to succeed.

How It Works:

Once you’ve booked your session, we’ll send you a calendar invite with a link to schedule a time that works best for you. Your training session will be conducted via Google Meet, lasting one hour from start to finish. The session will be recorded so you can revisit the material anytime you need.

To get the most out of your session, please have your laser unboxed and plugged in (unless you'd like assistance with the unboxing). Also, have your materials or blanks ready for testing during the session.

What to Expect During Booking:

As you book your session, we'll ask a few questions to make sure we tailor the training to your needs:

• How would you rate your skill level with your laser machine: beginner, intermediate, or expert?
• What materials do you work with most often?
• How long have you owned your laser, and how frequently do you use it?
• What is your biggest laser struggle?
• If we could accomplish one thing during the training, what would it be?

These answers will help us focus on what matters most to you. While we aim to cover as much as we can in your session, we'll prioritize your main concern to ensure you leave feeling confident. Once we address that, we'll tackle any additional questions you may have with the remaining time.
