I was a guest on the Two Old Guys and a Workbench livestream, and we talked a lot
about how I approach making and selling. A big part of that is reaching niche markets
and making things like custom cutting boards that people can’t easily find elsewhere.

Even in a saturated market, I think there’s room if you find the customers nobody
else is serving well and offer something more specialized. We also talked about 
building relationships with local businesses and making personalized pieces for 
them.

The hosts were incredibly kind, and I appreciated them encouraging me to keep making
and sharing what I’ve learned. We got into embracing imperfections while still focusing
on doing quality work.
